Just wait until the night it escapes, and you spend all night on a Saturday night looking for it….to no avail. Then you get a surprise when you pour your Corn Flakes into your bowl the next morning. Yeah…..at least it will make a good sermon illustration……for something.

Well, it just got worse. Kathy cleaned the cage tonight and it took 30 minutes to clean (30 minutes!). She looked at me with rubber gloves on and this wild look in her eye and said, “next week’s your turn.” Somebody please wake me up from this bad dream.

that, is hilarious. i’ve never been a pet person. i was annoyed that brian bought makenna a fish (named finnius) for her birthday last week. i don’t know what i would do if i came home to a hamster.
